Cheerleading Camp
Athletes will learn safety, form, and technique in the weight room. Through this practice they will work on strength, power, speed, and flexibility. We will cover all major movement patterns that are necessary for athlete success in cheerleading. There will also be a focus on team building.
Dates: June 3rd to July 25th (no workouts week of July 4th)
Days: Tuesdays and Thursdays
Times: 1130-1230
