Lifting Camp

Youth Athletes Lifting Camp -  5-8th Grades:
Athletes will learn safety, form, and technique in the weight room.  Through this practice they will work on strength, power, speed, and flexibility.  We will cover all major movement patterns that are necessary for athlete success in their sports.  

Dates:  June 3rd - July 25th (off week of July 4th)
Days: Mondays and Wednesdays
Times: 11:30-12:30
Cost: Youth Lifting Camp - $150
